This was a cut scene between the guy and his father. It's Ocasr winning. However Glen wanted to show realism but this strip would have gotten an NC-17 if he actually showed the cat up the guys ass.

Why this was set in a bedroom is beyond any comprehension. It's just where Glen wanted it to take place. And because he didn't have enough money for a doctors office. So just don't question him!
