But by the late 80's, Neil watched on in shock as his life crumbled before his eyes. In 1997, he was reduced to the ultimate career low when he watched himself on VH1.

| In 1987, Flock of Seagulls broke up, and Neil...went broke. Then in 1989, he suffered the ultimate indignity when he was caught giving a 5 dollar bill to a transexual prostitute. | |

Finally, in 2000, he found some solace in his life when he joined a website called the Wrestling War Zone.
