	If I make the claim that I know the president of the United States personally and I tell this to everyone I meet, what would you think? Am I humble or arrogant?


	You are arrogant for bragging about who you know.


	Now change the word "president" to "god". Are you now humble or arrogant?


	This is why religion is a danger to a healthy progressive forward moving society. It allows normally moral people to do, act or think in immoral ways and claim it's moral.
