This is Bart. He is an unemployed carpenter. That was until he was paid by the Obama stimulus plan to build a bus bench, like this one he just completed...
But, this is no ordinary bench, since it cost the American taxpayers $143,985 to build. At that price, it must have special features to it. Like, it can fly or something. Right Bart?
