Well, Super Chicken... What do you think of my new headquarters?
I must say, Captain Obvious, you've certainly spent a lot of money refurbishing this office space...
I mean, this place was a major eyesore... Now, it looks really nice.
I guess I turned "chicken shit into chicken salad", eh, Super Chicken?
God, how I hate that fucking expression!
