the Character Dylan i think always has his head in the clouds but alwasy thinks with an open mind. Answers questions with a pshycological answer einstine only more political and his best friend cody is the one and only, his head stays open to suggestion but closes when ever it ask questions. To everybody else, Cody my act stupid but they know he's a genius when he wants to be.
