Umm... We've been good friends for a long time now, and I was thinking that maybe... Well I thought that maybe we could become more than friends.

I've thought about that too, but I really wouldn't want to risk our friendship with a relationship. You just mean too much to me and I wouldn't want to lose you...
You realize that by saying no, you've pretty much killed our friendship anyways, right?
