Detective Poirot and Captain Hastings arrive at the scene of the crime, but they have found a mysterious clue... an ABC railroad guide.
 | | |
| Poirot, do you think this crime has anything to do with the ABC letter? | |
 | | |
 | | |
| Well I know but we will find out, I've heard that Mrs. Ascher and her husband do not get along so we should bring him in for questioning. | |
 | | |
Mr. Ascher was found hidding in his truck along the side of a railroad. Constable Briggs brought him in for questioning.
 | | |
| I'm innocent I swear, I would never hurt poor Mrs. Ascher! | |
 | | |
 | | |
| Ok ok pull yourself together, I'm not charging you with anything... yet. | |
 | | |
While trying to find some clues, Poirot and Hastings visited Mrs. Ascher's sister but she wasn't much help to solving the case, so they headed back to the office.

 | | |
| So its back to the drawing board, where do we look for clues now? | |
 | | |
 | | |
| As of now, I'm not sure. Its seems that all we can do is wait for a SECOND LETTER. | |
