Mr. Parsons walks out of his hotel and a blind beggar tries to sell a cigarette lighter to him, but Mr. Parsons refuses and says that he doesn't smoke.

The beggar then tells Mr. Parsons that he can gift the lighter to someone and also, he shouldn't mind helping out a poor guy. So, Mr. Parsons agrees.
