The moon comes up at dusk and goes down at dawn every day. What we see is just the slice that is turned toward the sun.
I've seen the moon in the daytime so that can't be right. I think the moon moves slower than Earth so some days it stays up longer.
I've seen the moon during the daytime too so I think it comes up at different times every day. Maybe it has something to do with Earth's rotation.
I think maybe it has to do with the moon's rotation around Earth, not Earth's rotation around the sun.
I know the full moon comes up at dusk because it looks so big compared to the buildings. I've never paid attention to it at other times.
This is driving me crazy! I don't know what to think! Where can we find the information?
