Hey Jessica. are you okay? you dont look so well
yea i feel so lazy. to tell you the truth i skip breakfast today in order to lose a few pounds.the foods i eat have way too much carbs and fats
Jessica, to lose weight, you have to eat healthy. even though fats and carbs may not seem healthy, they are apart of the essential nutrients that helps the body grow and its main source for energy
well i didnt know that but which fats and carbs can be goo for thr body.
Carbs and fats are found in healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts and whole grains.these foods provides a good sources of energy and are healthy at the same time.
Thanks for the info, Mia. tommorrow ill start a whole new diet that consist of healthy foods.
