| I think the issue is that we do not have enough access to drugs in our area. I always run across people without social boundaries whom are simply out of drugs! | |

| Perhaps we should put pressure on, not only pharmaceutical companies, but primary care providers, and most importantly importers to make drugs more readily available. | |

| Further, legislation needs to stop wasting money on finding a cure for substance abuse but more practically, on maintaining users so they stop "wanting to stop" and wasting our resources | |

| First stop with the slanderous term of "substance abuse" and reframe it as "substance i only did it because i love you". Secondly, we need to create a job market which promotes libated nostalgia | |
