| The good ones are. At that level you are always on the lookout for talent and skill. Great leaders aren’t just looking at the next 2 or 3 years, but the next 5 to 10. | |

| And that’s why I need to speed up my growth, so if a college or NBA scout watches me, I can make their potential list for the class of 2020 and then the 2021 draft. | |

| Son, two things: 1) Your body will grow. Be patient. Continue to develop the skill of the game so when you hit puberty, it will be a seamless progression. | |
