Francis found that whilst boys got more attention they were disaplined more harshly and felt picked on by teachers

It wasn't just me Sarah done it too.
French analysied classroom interation and found that boys and girls recieved the same amount of academic attention however boys only recieved more attention because they recieved more warnings.
It's so unfair that you got to go on that trip and i didn't.
The only reason you didn't get to go was because you threw a waterballoon at the teacher.
Swann found gender differences in communication style. Boys dominate in class discusions whereas girls prefer pair work. This may explain why teachers respond more posatively to girls.

can't we do pair work instead? I find it easier.
