An inventor opposes patent reform, Part 3


	The Supreme Court made it easier to get attorney fees in frivolous patent cases, so we don't need patent reform.


	What about the fact that the fee-shifting statute doesn't include discovery costs? That's where most money is spent in patent cases.


	And the Court couldn't do anything to make sure defendants know what they're accused of or to lower discovery costs in patent cases.
