| i know right , but i just found out the defendant plead not guilty so there is no need for a pretrial motions, but if we had to go through that the important motions is to keep evidence inside the crt | |

| The main reason those cases do not go to trial is because the defendant pleads guilty.This is called plea barganing. | |
