| Third, Reflecting. IN reflecting you slow down and begin selecting your ideas. Fourth, Questioning. By asking yourselfquestions as if you were interviewing yourself. | |

| Fifth one is Affirming. Which you confirm or ratify as true whatever is recorded. | |
