Ms. Smith I am sorry that you have been transfered back and forth. Lets reach out to the other department together. this way if there are any problems I will be there
By bridging the call, the customer did not need to be transferred back into Customer care once Receivables was done.
Ms. Smith we were able to get that issue taken care of, now why don't we look into upgradeing your plan. We have so many plans to pick from, lets take a minute to see what your needs are.
James helped our customer resolve all her issues, and took the time to listen to her needs. James has provided the type of customer service we should all be focused on.
WOW, I really had a chance to help that customer. By taking the time to listen I think I might have just won us a customer for life.
