Cardio only makes you lose muscle that you have gained. I dont use cardio in my workout.

what look at me, I use cardio in my workouts, you must be doing it wrong. You might want to re-evaluate how you are doing your cardio.

I have to agree, that my speed has decreased since i cut cardio out of my workout. I just hope when those zombies get in here i can run faster than you, so I'm not zombie food.
