Whay type of problems.

Well in order to fully recover from the civil war Atlanta had to be rebuilt. While it was being rebuilt the13, 14, and 15 ammendments were passed.

What were those about?

They basically just said that blacks are citizens and they have theright to vote but unfortunutly the southe didn't want to accept these ammendments.

Then what happened?

The southern whites became very violent and blacks cold be put in jail for no reason at all or even murrdered.
