| Well people can't really afford all the goods & services that they buy but they don't need to. They just need to be able to afford the interest on the charges they make on their credit cards. | |

| But banks charge high rates for credit cards. Doesn't that just mean that everyone's debt will grow faster than their savings? Do people really need to buy goods & services they can't afford? | |

| But if people spend money on things they don't really need with money that they don't really have. Doesn't that just create more problems for everyone? | |

| Well people won't be able to keep buying things they don't need with money they don't have. They can't simply raise their... let's call it a "debt ceiling", they will eventually run out of credt. | |
