| Well, there’s a reason everyone wants to teach here, but it’s hard to get in. We have a lot of support from the parents, which is great. They raised over $200,000 for us last year. | |

| I have a lot of freedom over what I teach, and we have the ability to take the kids on field trips. Last year we did a unit on Chicago history, and took the kids on the Untouchables tour. | |

| As far as management, a lot of these kids start here in kindergarten, so they’re used to the system and the rules. Everyone is on the same page. I'd rather be here than most other places. | |
