The first part of God's plan was his promise to Abram, God promises, land, a great nation and blessing for his descendants... And God was going to fulfill his promises through someone special...

| But what God really meant, was that they will have a relationship with God again and forever be part of God's kingdom and have eternal life in Heaven. | |

God's people, the Isralites increased in number, but became slaves for the Pharoh, in Egypt. God hears their prayers, and uses His power to kill the Egyptians through a plague.

| But God kept his people safe by telling them to kill a lamb and paint its blood over their doors, this is known as Passover. God then sends His people out of Egypt, into the promised land. | |

| One day God will send someone as the lamb to sacrifice for us. | |

God wanted to teach his people how to live his way. So he gives them the 10 commandments, through Moses. Isreal promises to God that they will obey and follow everything.

| But like always, God's people disobey Him. They make a calf out of gold, and worship it as their god. This breaks one of the first laws, to worship God only. | |
