Do we have enough rainwater? If so, we can use the rainwater collected as water right?
Singapore is not short of fresh water as it receives an average of around 2,400 mm of rainfall annually, well above the global average of 1,050 mm. Yes, perhaps we could!
Very interesting. To end off, is NEWater safe to drink, and how are we going to utilise it to its best?
Yes. And the Government has decided to allow such water to be treated before being piped to homes. Initially, two million gallons (9,092 m3) per day will be blended with raw water supplies.
You're certainally knowledgeable about singapore's water history! Thanks!
No problem.
