I'll volunteer to host a Comic Cup in which no one knows the identities of the participants.
The eligibility requirements are as follows:
1) You sign up in this thread in the next 48 hours saying you want to participate.
2) You sign up using a user ID that as of December 13, 2001 has created no comics.
3) You may sign up as more than one user. However, I'd prefer you didn't.
4) I'll be somewhere in this as well. However, with me having no more judging power than anyone else, that shouldn't matter much.
We'll go from there.
Tomorrow, I'll explain how I'd like you to submit rules -- you'll be doing it under your regular handles, so beware, some of your rules may come back to haunt you.
