i actually rather agree with this. "writer's block" means lack of inspiration, but if "real" writers always waited for inspiration to strike before writing something, most of the world's literature wouldn't exist. (this is why i haven't written anything but strips since i left grad school in may)
as for stripcreator, i have several times sat down with no strip in mind and wound up churning out eight or ten before the night was over. generally, it takes about seven before i write anything funny, but the only way to overcome "writer's block," for me anyway, is to write through it. you never really lose the funny, assuming you had it to begin with (and you did, israphael).
