What others say about boorite!

I did it this morning at 7am.

I sat him down in my office and hit him right between the eyes with it. "Today is going to be your last day here."

He didn't say much, but I really felt like I was going to throw up and my ears were ringing like a motherfucker.

I hope I don't have to do that again any time soon. I must say, though, AHHHHHHH RELIEF!

I sat through a seven-hour EEOC mediation today on a race-based discrimination complaint. We came to a settlement and neither party was happy, but at least we're done with it.

I hope the guy you fired didn't fall into any federally protected classes.
