They itemize those things now. Be sure to circle "Qty. 1 Baby" when you return him instead of "Qty. 12 sanitary pads".

And if you're nervous now, imagine how you'll be the your first week of sleep deprivation. Word of advice, send the baby down to the nurse's station/nursery as often as you can while in the hospital. You'll appriciate the break later.
