I'm fairly certain I threw that one, along with my own avatar, together using reference photos (see: tracing). What you see in her avatar is effectively traced from a real photo of her. I no longer have the original photo nor the photoshop file of the trace, but that is a fairly accurate representation of her.
And yes, she's damn hot.
