READ THE following: Me and my dog, we both FREQUENTLY forget how to post comics. We ASKED the cat, but he had the same QUESTIONS. We asked either the parrot OR the goldfish, I forget which, but neither of them knew. He said "GO ask Mr. Owl, he'll know." But we forgot the problem at hand and asked him how many licks it takes TO get to the center of a tootsie pop. He replied "1, 2, HELL, we all know the answer's 3!".
