What a glorious day! After two weeks of rain, the sun is out! Wake up sleepyhead! You're missing a beautiful morning!
Jeez, cut it back a notch. It's way too early for "insanely gleeful".
The day's too good to waste! Let's go bicycling!
Forget it. I'm going back to bed.
C'mon gumpy guts, it's sure to put a smile on your face!
Sorry, I don't do cheerful on days that end in "y".

Winter has finally come to an end, to play in sun is what I like,
travelling down the road with my boyfriend, on my beautiful pink tandem bike. Tra la la la...
How come you're not singing?
I might if I could catch my breath. Try peddling for a change.

It's been a wonderful day, hasn't it?
Gimme water. I'm dying here.
Oh please.
I'm serious! First you drag me out of bed, then you force me to peddle for miles, and now you won't give me a drop of water. C'mon, I'm wasting away here.
Whatever! C'mon, get up! I want to do some more!
Moh?

It's a well known law of comedy, that if you tell a joke twice it becomes twice as funny.

Sorry, Gomen Nasai, Pardonne Moi, Testículos De La Cabra

Installment the fifth ...

Retard of Oz, Part 5A by Namgubed
10-19-02
Meanwhile, back at Gotham - er - I mean Sapphire City ...
The road ends here at this wall. But where's the gate? It must be covered by this huge snow drift! What do we do now?
I'll just overheat my Celeron processor and melt that snow in no time!
One thousand digits of pi.
(MELTING!!)
There's the gate, let's go!
Thanks, Metal Man, all that snow was just unbearable!

Halt! Who goes there?
My name's Dorothy, and these other folks are Scarecrow, Metal Man, Gladley, and Supertramp. We're here to see the Retard of Oz!
Yo, Hernandez! Tell these people how to see the Retard!
It's easy! Just go to the City Hall on Tard Street, and take the elevator to the 69th floor!
♫ I've looked at love from both sides now, from give and take, and still somehow ... ♫
Here's the elevator! Just press the "69" button there.
Ah! Here it is. **PUSH-PUSH-PUSH-PUSH-PUSH**

I AM THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE OZ! WHY DO YOU DISTURB ME?
If it please your highness, Supertramp and I need to get home, Scarecrow lost his Strat, Metal Man needs an upgrade, and Gladley can't see straight.
WHAT DO I LOOK LIKE, SANTA CLAUS? FIRST, YOU MUST BRING ME THE RETRACTIBLE PHALLUS OF THE WICCAN BITCH OF THE WEST!
B-but ...
NO BUTS! THE GREAT AND TERRIBLE OZ HAS SPOKEN! OFF YOU GO, BYE-BYE NOW.
Crap! Mega-weak, dude!

You guys are too good.

So good, I'm going to leave this contest running for another fortnight.

Just kidding. And our toilet's all better too. Thanks for asking.

I'd like to name you all winners, but that would really screw up the mechanics of CC 149. Sigh.

So the ones that really stood out:

Great body of work, israphael. Flash flood was a beautiful ending. No Good Deed was awesome. And the bike series was a chuckle. And another one.

Namgubed, rules bent but not broken. and the density of jokes was outstanding. Not to mention those funchkins. Almost indistinguishable from the mad rappist himself.

Scyess' flood your house series was brilliant. I'll be in the closet, indeed.

What can I say about fuck's entry that evil_d hasn't. Wedded bliss!

Ask me in 15 minutes and I'll pick another winner. But right now, I'm choosing israphael.

Hmm, I guess my turbines didn't rotate fast enough to finish the story, even with an extended deadline. Perhaps I'll finish the tale and post it in the RMDC forum ...

Oh, and look! I've got 200 comics now! Gee willickers!
