i'm smoking a cigarette right now in my apartment, which since last night has become illegal in ohio.
since i live above a business, i can't legally smoke in my apartment during business hours anymore.

if they were to actually attempt to enforce this law, i would be compelled to die in a hail of gunfire defending my right to kill myself slowly.

What others say about boorite!

They passed a smoking ban here last year for all businesses. Originally they classified apartment buildings as businesses so people couldn't smoke in their own apartments. They rewrote it, but now people who have a home-based business (like the foreign car repair place) can't smoke in their homes. Also, truckers can't smoke in the cabs of their trucks while driving through town.

And the city wonders why downtown is turning into a ghost town...
