Should I have kept the "streak" of not making comics going or is it a welcome return?

I did extensive research into my subject before making this comic.

Either that or I got bored and said to myself "You know what?  I should really start making comics again" and half-assed it from there.

You can totally believe that first thing, though, if you want.  It's cool with me.
