Dear Mr Perm. We regret to inform you that , due to a lack of work available to your team , we are terminating your contract at 24hrs notice.
We also feel that you perhaps you should take an anger management course before reapplying for positions here..
"Look at the Teeth on that. She could eat an apple through a tennis racket" is not the correct way to refer to your supervisor.
TBH , finding a job around here is simple ,and i seriously doubt its going to take any length of time to find a position.
Its just the nature of temp contracts when youre trying to rebuild your CV.
And yes , i really did say that privately to a work colleague about the supervisor. And yes , i really have used an art package in work to create a banner with her picture and "Could eat an apple through a tennis racket" on it , which will be printed out and stuck to her desk when she goes for lunch tomorrow.
No point in having a last day if youre not prepared to enjoy it.

Describe to me a time when you overcame adversity in the workplace.
Okay, sure... there was the time I caught the CFO fudging numbers to give himself more stock options. I found out the CEO knew all about it and was involved, too.
As head of accounting, of course, I was powerless. So I lobbied the board for 8 months until I was hired as CEO, then I fired them both. We had record earnings the following year.
Hm... That's impressive, but I think you may be overqualified for the bag boy position.
Listen up. I am to be referred to ONLY as MR. SMITH. I call my employees ONLY by their last name. Kaufman, Billings, etc. Using first names breeds familiarity and leads to breakdown in authority.
Strangely enough, the day KKP got booted was the day I finally received the job offer I'd been hoping for.
I'll send some Job Search Karma your way.
