Dead simple.

Everyone who wants in sends their names and address to Brad. You go off and make a compilation CD of your favourite music or stuff you think people would like.

Then Brad splits the list of participants into random groups of 5 (or not so random if you prefer) You mail out 4 copies of your CD to the others in your set. In about 6 weeks you get 4 CDs from the others in your set, you put the CDs in your stereo and you rock out.

The last one was cool. New one starting soon if you express an interest.
