I hooked my tivo up to my gamecube and now I can record games I play without an unneccessary VHS hardcopy, like if I have a tournament with friends I can tape it and then after the match I can instantly rewind to my favorite parts of the match. Or if we have "most wild GTA3 explosion" competitions, we could tape them to make it easier to decide. Also, could also be used to tape awesome tricks in the THPS series.
Could be used to figure out why your friends always beat you in video games.
Note: If you too wish to hook it up, here's a tip: I used an RF splitter and plugged the system to the splitter, and the splitter both to tivo and the tv, that way the main input is the game, and input2 is the game-through-tivo. Why the seperation? Tivo has something like a 2-3 second lag. This is the equivalent of a 2000-3000 ping in half life or quake.
