a dog, a deer, some pelicans

	today so far i've done 3 things on my list. i sent letters to the election commissioner, opened a bank account for tommy, ups'd a box of dog food. the postagew as more than the dog food would have


	cost, but i can spend some money on a new dog. the only previous time i had a dog, i sold him for $17, because i was 18 and broke and couldn't take on the responsibility of a dog.


	then i turned left on 202 instead of right into the mall, and there's a national park and a river and i saw deer and horses. dunno why i never took that road before.

oh! it's the book the flying nun was based on. 15th pelican.


	my quest for today is to find the 17th pelican. no luck yet. and have a possible new case in alabama about an unwarranted search of a fishing boat, if we can find local counsel.


	i guess i'll take a bath, clean the van, clean the basement, make a new list.
