The wolf is wondering why is the little pig lien !

Gilbert and his brother was working in the field and he was telling him about the wolf that came by early !
What did the wolf wanted ?
Gilbert said he wanted some food ,but mommy always told us not to talk to strangers.
oh yea , thats right ! well next time he come back lets call the police !
yea thats good ... well lets head back to the house

The police told the pig that it has to be a probable cause for the arrest !

Hello i am Gilbert , I was the one that called early.
Ok come on we can sit in here until the judge see you guys .
ok so how does this works .
If the crime could lead to a prison sentence . he would have the right for a layer . If he doesnt have any money the court will appointed on for him today !
Ok sooo do we have to have any witness

SO, whats next ?
ok now we have to go to gand jury .
Is it over when we go to grand jury .. Do i win ?
no not really , the gand jury may either return an indictment (a formal charge against the accused or refused to indict.) if the defendant pleads guilty ,no trial is needed.
ok great will this will not take all day ..
ok , well lets head into the courthouse .

woah what a day .
i know right , but i just found out the defendant plead not guilty so there is no need for a pretrial motions, but if we had to go through that the important motions is to keep evidence inside the crt
okaa , thats great , but why do some criminal cases never go to trial ?
The main reason those cases do not go to trial is because the defendant pleads guilty.This is called plea barganing.
ok well thanks for putting him away for me . Thats made me and my brothers happy now ,that the crime is over :)
ooo no problem , this is my job ! Im just glad we didnt have to go to trial ... jury selection , the trial and sentence ! that would have been alot of work ! :) TAKE CARE
