No matter how hard I struggle, nor how desperately I swim, I cannot escape the pull as it sucks me in...	And it's then I always awake, just as I'm about to fall into the gap...	Can you help me, Doctor? Can you shed any light on what this means? I just want to be able to sleep in peace...
