At the dealership, a newbie gets a tour of the car lot...
...and over there is the waiting room for the finance department.
Or, as we affectionately call it, the "black hole".
Why's that?
Because, our customers usually have to wait two or three hours before they even SEE a finance officer... And, that's on a good day!
