So there is this sorta trashy apartment building next to mine. Ok...	And there is this dog who just howls from like 7 in the morning until 6 or so when it's owner comes home. That's so sad.	It is. But he's a sad dog. Maggie reminds me of sad dog. I could see how Ursula has that effect.
