Hello all, I hope you are doing well (I typoed 'I hope you are all dong well' I thought some of you might appreciate that).

Thanks for the win. This contest will only include photoshopped entries. The first two panels must be a regular stripcreator comic with no photoshopping, with the last panel being something that could only be done after-the-fact in an image-editing program.

This means you need to make a comic with the first two panels normal, screenshot it, and then somehow alter the last panel (or make it completely from scratch). Then post the saved image in here.

Theme and content are both wide open, just make it humorous. Also the more seamless the photoshop the better, try and make it look like the last panel belongs there. I'll judge on humor, creativity, and technical proficiency. Please no dead image links. If you need to host an image I'm sure a number of people can help out.

If I need to clarify let me know, otherwise I'll judge next Friday.

Damn. The problem with this contest, however, is that it is far too exclusive. There are many people without Photoshop, WITH Photoshop but without Photoshop Skillz, and/or without a hosting mechanism to link to the picture.

They're just bringing up a point that is very valid. This is a very exclusive contest, which defeats the purpose of this forum and whole site.

I HAVE Photoshop, the skills to use it, AND an ability to host the pictures, but I still feel this is the wrong place for THIS particular contest.

I think some of you are being too whiny. If you don't like the contest or don't want to put in the time or effort to enter, then don't, shut up, and enjoy the new contest that will replace this in a week. Allenhenderson earned the right to run this thing; please don't rain on his parade.

By the way, for those of you who haven't been here for at least two years, this isn't the first photoshop-required CC. Check out Comic Contest 48. Unfortunately, a lot of the images seem to have been taken down.

No, it's an elitist contest. There SHOULD be Photoshop comic contests, but they should be in Photoshop Valley and not in the Comic Competitions, which everyone should be able to compete in.
