The lovely thing about StripCreator is that it is an open forum. You can do whatever you want. Make in-jokes. Be funny. The funny can be catching, other people considering you funny. The funny can be very limited, funny only to you and your friends. Or, even only to you. So, having an authority on what is funny would be difficult, and rather fascist. And there are SO MANY comics made in any given day, even I wouldn't be able to read, judge, and thumbs up/down each one. Nor would a team of people. Nor would you. So there is no policing done at all. Assuming that if you don't consider something funny, you will say so, and not read anything else by that author. Much like the way the internet has filled up with nonstop crap, making wading through it painful and annoying, stripcreator has been a true microcosmos. Becoming filled more and more with things of diminishing value. Even copying crap and putting it up elsewhere. So you just have to search, making it almost more worth it when you find something that is funny.
