I'm looking for participants for this years tour, so, if you want to do a tag team series, or you would just like to dedicate a bunch of new series of your own to the tour send me a PM and I'll make sure you're on the list to receive the official barnstorming2K10 t-shirt. If you would like to design your own logo you can send the art work to lobsterturtle@gmail.com I'm open to other official designs so if you have an idea of your own let me know.

Last time I planned a tour I was banned for calling boinky a fatty in 'Regarding Stripcreator' forum. I apologize for any creative  inconviences this may have caused you. Thisyear is definetly a go.

As the official unofficial Barnstorm 2K10 communications director, I can happily say we're working hard behind the scenes to get top talent on the roster.

Word will soon be going out from my office to some of the premiere regulars, underground sensations, and groundbreaking taste-makers around the site, asking that they participate. We feel it would not only be an honor to have them, but also that compliance is part and parcel of their duty to maintaining stripcreator's continued integrity and quality of humor. Make no bones about it-- the cream of the proverbial crop will be rising to the top of BRSTM2yKt!

We will try to be as transparent as possible about all this, but be rest assured: this will be a transformative event for stripcreator.

Alot of people have been inquiring on the exact start date of the tour. It's a good question and the fact that so many of you have been checking in to find out shows that there is alot of enthusiasm for the tour. The official start date is March 1st, 2010. You may think that this seems like a long way away and you can just start slacking off now and forget about the entire project, but remember that the tour is more than just shameless self promotion. It is also an opportunity to be apart of something larger than yourself. Open your eyes to the dawning of a new stripcreator horizon, where it's fun again! Let us all embrace that inner connectivity and design a new Barnstorming logo. Lets get those t-shirts made and lets make some memories!

We are only about...3 months give or taske from the tour starting and what I wanna do is throw together a bit of a get rich quick scheme so that everyone out there can understand what it is exactly the tour is and how you can best contribute. Alot of rabid fans out there have sent me some pretty big ideas and maybe we can all get together and talk it out and see how we can make this years tour the best one yet!

I will be open for a full meet and greet in the SC chatroom on thursday December 3rd 2009 at 5pm CST to discuss the event and also answer any questions you may have for me. NO QUESTIONS ARE OFF LIMITS! Lets get down and dirty and try to build up the tour and get this thing POPPIN!

I've been doing alot of thinking about the perfect way to prepare for this years tour. I met with all of my best advisors. I had long, long, long AIM conversations with several of you, I've had SC chatroom confidentials with others. Lots of ideas are being thrown around, but the consensus was that SC as we know it is dead. It will never be the same, but the comic contests are still going strong. And I began to think... What is the best way to rile up the masses? Launch Comic Cup XIV. I currently do not have the required votes needed to win with a majority. I am leading Mandingo 12-9 with 5 people abstaining. The thread hasn't been posted to since 06, but I know it is very important to Mandingo that we wait until the majority is ruled so that we can all live with the peace of mind that I beat him fair and square. I understand that completely and agree whole heartedly. I wouldn't want it any other way. The thing is buried, but the hope remains... One day, one of us will emerge and we will launch the true barnstorm that will be Comic Cup XIV. It will be professional and it will be something to compete in. I hope it happens soon. Real soon. Or never. Either way.

As of 5:48 this morning, I have officially won Comic Cup XIII.

With that I will begin work on the upcoming cup and I will have a thread up sometime this week to see how many people we can get on board. Tell all your SC friends!
