BigEvilDan April 24, 2002 2:07 PM	Much like the War On Drugs and the War On Terror, someone has declared war on a vague, all-encompassing "evil". Your comic will depict the formation, methods or eventual end to this "war". Extra points will be given to absurd/creative targets. Judging will take place on Saturday evening.
