Everytime I see that cigarette character, I think of this cigarette cartoon character all the ashtrays at my old college had painted on them. The character preached putting out cigarettes in receptacles to prevent fires. The ashtrays were made in the 1950s, and that generation, not knowing how twisted future generations would become, innocently named him Butt Snuffer.
