Colostomy... is such a lonely word
Everything just smells like poo
Colostomy... I stink just like a turd
People smell me and they say "pew!"

-- Sung to the tune of Billy Joel's Honesty

Since my surprise winning entry in the last competition was a bit of a song parody, it seems only fitting that the next competition be much the same:

The rules: Parody the lyrics of a famous song. You can do a recognizable snippet in a single panel, or a larger portion (a whole song? you masochist!) in a series.

There are two variations of this rule. You can modify the lyrics to suit your twisted mind or illustrate the original lyrics in such a way that you give it a whole new, bizzare (but funny) meaning.

Deadline: Friday night or thereabouts, sc time.

So what's stopping me from making up some lyrics and pulling a random band name out of my ass, pretending it's a real metal band?

Well I did say popular song. So if I can't recognize it, naturally is must not be popular. *ahem*

It's good to be the judge.

Pfft, details, details.

By the way, punks, can I plagarize that comic for a sec? Thanks:

I think you misunderstand. I asked if I could plagarize your comic FROM YOU for a sec. :-) It makes a good Bob of Nazareth strip.

While I'm at it, that video game junkie one is sung to Prince's "Erotic City." I just realized that I didn't leave enough clues in the comic for anyone to guess it out easily.

Also, I'll throw another snippet entry out:

89935

Maybe I'll parody the rest of the song. It's a mouthful though.

Hehe, I was kinding of expecting this when I decided to parody hip-hop and two-decade-old songs (and less-well-known ones to boot).

It's "this is how we do it" by Montell Jordan.
