Reminds me of a strip called "Someting Positive". One strip had one of the female characters, and her gay friend at a coffee bar. She spits out the coffee and yells at the kid behind the counter "You call this coffee?! I could MENSTRUATE a better cup of coffee than this!", at which point her gay friend covers his eyes and starts repeating "Must.. fight... mental... image..." Then says "GAH! MENTAL IMAGE WINNING! MENTAL IMAGE WINNING!"

I remember when I first read that that I was giggling about it at random times for the rest of the day. Something Positive is amazing.
