	Hey, I have a stack of large denomination, out-of-circulation bills that I, uh, borrowed from the treasury-- $100,000. I could throw 'em out the window. Each one would make somebody real happy.


	Why don't you throw out ten $10,000 bills and make ten people happy?


	Or I guess I could throw out a hundred $1000 bills and make a hundred people happy.
