SAVING THE SOIL
My farmer is heading out to do a second planting.
I hope it's protecting the soil.
COVER CROPS

SOYBEANS, WHEAT AND RYE
They are called cover crops. They will add nutrients to the soil.
Sounds like double the plowing to me. The soybeans, wheat and rye make it all well worth it. YUM!
